Is everything in your boxes and hampers New Zealand made?
We are proud supporters of Kiwi producers and their products, so the vast majority of the items in our boxes and hampers are proudly made in New Zealand.
A small number of our products are not New Zealand made, but have a Kiwi connection (such as Karma Drinks) and/or are ethically and sustainably sourced wherever possible. Items that aren’t New Zealand made are clearly stated in the description for the relevant box or hamper.
Can I swap an item in a gift box or hamper?
Yes - if there’s a box or hamper you like, but the recipient doesn’t like ginger, is gluten free or prefers tea to coffee (for example) , then email us for an alternative item. We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
Can I make up my own box or hamper?
Yes - email us your wishes and we’ll get back to you with some options and prices.
A custom box or hamper will take extra time to put together though, so we recommend opting for one of our readymade options when timing is important.
What quality can I expect from Send Happy?
We sell quality products, mostly from Kiwi producers, and hand pack them in premium wrapping and packaging.
We are confident that recipients will be blown away with their gift box or hamper.
Do I pay postage on each box or hamper?
You can send as many boxes and/or hampers as you like to the same address for the same postage price.
If you’re sending boxes and/or hampers to different locations, then you’ll pay postage for each location.
I need to buy for 50 (mostly) fantastic staff. Can you help?
Absolutely! Save yourself many hours of stress and leave it to us to pack, wrap and deliver your boxes and hampers to your (mostly) deserving staff. We’ll do all the work and you’ll get all the thanks.
Do you have a physical store?
No – not right now.
Can I buy an individual item off you that I've seen in one of your gift boxes?
Yes - you'll find some of our favourite items listed individually for sale on our ‘Favourites’ page.
If there’s an item you’d like, but it’s not listed on our ‘Favourites’ page, then let us know what you're after and we'll see what we can do.
What if something arrives broken?
We wrap our boxes and hampers with care, but an item could be damaged during delivery. If that happens, please take a photo of the broken item and send it through to us asap for us to resolve.
Can you write a message in a card for me?
Yes – just note your personalised message in the box at checkout and we will include a message on a Send Happy signature card with your box or hamper in our neatest handwriting!
